Physical:
You will need a physical to practice. If you do not have a physical, you will not be able to practice or compete. The physical will be effective for all school sports for the year. The TLC clinic on 23rd between Rockwell and Council offers physicals.

Practice Time and Location:
Eldon Lyon Park 8:00am – 9:00am Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, by the big hill to the back of the park. The park is located between Rockwell and Council on NW 36th Street.
