Mayfield Middle School staff, students and parents are dedicated to rigorously challenge students. Our teaching practices are both reflective and responsive to the needs of our students. Schedule Pick-Up
Grade 7 - 8-10 a.m.
Office closed for lunch 11 a.m.-noon
Grade 8 - noon-2 p.m.
Grade 6 schedule pickup and orientation,
4-6 p.m.
All 7th graders should bring to schedule pick up day their proof of the TDAP immunization.
All students need to bring a current water, gas or electric bill when they pick up their schedule
Open House
Open House for Mayfield Middle School will be on August 29, from 6-7 p.m.

6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Resident Affidavits/ Verification
If you are currently residing with another family member or a friend and have enrolled your child or children into the Putnam City School District using their address for proof of residency, you must update your residency affidavit/verification form BEFORE the start of the 2019-2020 school year.
What to Bring: Both parties (parent/guardian and property owner) must appear to sign the documents with their personal identification, such as a driver’s license. In addition, the property owner must bring his/her lease or mortgage and a current utility bill (electric, gas or water). The parent/guardian will need to provide official mail such as a bank statement medical bill, insurance papers, DHS documents or other personal bills.

The launch of esports at all three Putnam City high schools forms the largest district wide esports program in Oklahoma K-12 schools.
It is of importance to inform the public that Putnam City Schools manages an established online virtual public school that has been successfully operating since 2011 under public school guidelines.
Fifty-four Putnam City students have been named 2019 Oklahoma Academic Scholars by the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
Tulakes Elementary 1st-grade teacher Shadonna Watkins was named Putnam City Schools’ “Teacher of the Year” during the district’s annual celebration of teaching excellence Tuesday night.
Five teachers have been selected as finalists for Putnam City’s Teacher of the Year. The finalists, along with teachers of the year from other district schools, will be honored at the district’s annual Teacher of the Year program at 7p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, at Victory Church, 4300 N MacArthur Blvd.
